POSTAGE AND PACKING:

All uk and europe shipping of designs is free!!(jojo is  a kind person ) but jojo apologises to the rest of the world that because you live so far away it does cost  quite a bit of money so jojo regrets that at the present moment jojo cannot waive the shipping costs. SORRY!!!

Jojo sends the designs in mainland uk by recorded delivery and with this service you can track your item online,a proof of signature is required for this service.For all postings outside of the uk jojo chooses international signed for where your signature will be required. jojo will despatch  your design to you the next day after receiving payment and delivery in uk should be 2-4 days. . jojo will email you as soon as your design has been despatched to you.

As a result of inhouse maufacturing of pure couture designs please be patient, after all, you are purchasing a designer product, not a High Street mass produced design. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery when you see an "In Production" sign. When you do not see an "In Production" sign the designs are in stock and are ready to be shipped the next day. Please allow 2 - 4 days for delivery within the United Kingdom, and up to 2 weeks worldwide.

RETURNS- jojo want you to be smiling and happy when you wear a jojoremeny design.Please ensure you buy the correct sizeand colour when ordering .jojo regrets he cannot refund any payment of goods just because you have changed your mind but will be happy to exchange  the design if the fit is too small/large or is damaged only upon receipt and not when worn. Please ,if for any reason you have to return the design ,make sure all tags are intact  and in original package otherwise jojo will be unable to accept any items  if there is evidence that the item has been worn,washed ,tags removed and damaged or soiled in anyway The designs must be returned within 5 days of receipt and an email sent to jojo at his persoanl email address. Jojo regrets the original postage charge cannot be refunded.Jojo will do his best to resolve any problems as he is a very sensitive chap and will only be happy when you are so please email him if there are problems.
